What Is Tax Refund Service ?

IIn March 1985, China’s State Council officially issued the notice to the Ministry of Finance “on collecting and refunding product tax or value-added tax on the import and export products” and stipulated the application of the tax refund policy on export products from April 1, 1985.


Different products usually have different tax refund rates. If you entrust our company as your export agent in China, with the cooperation of the factory, we can help you apply for a tax refund from the Chinese government, which is up to 17%.

What Is The Process ?

★ STEP 1: The supplier in China is found, and the order is confirmed.


★ STEP 2: You appoint us as your business agent in China. If the order has a tax refund, we will calculate the value for you. 


★ STEP 3: The sales contract with the buyers or the purchase contract with the Chinese suppliers is signed.


★ STEP 4: Thirty percent of the deposit is sent via our bank account to the Chinese suppliers to start the production.


★ STEP 5: When the goods are ready, the balance is sent via our bank to the Chinese suppliers for arrangement of shipping.


★ STEP 6: We prepare all documents to export the goods from China to the destination.


★ STEP 7: When the order is complete, we collect all documents to apply for the tax refund from the Chinese government.
